Both of them decide to tie the knot and make a run for their lives, but Rahul Dev has other intentions. They both board a bus to their destination. Rahul's gang manage to kill Kajal, and leave Allu Arjun almost dead, stabbed multiple times and face partially disfigured. However, Dr. Shailaja (Jayasudha) saves Allu Arjun by giving him a new face and skin which is that of Ram Charan. He escapes from the hospital to avenge his lover’s death.
